Shipping Information

All orders require 3–8 business days of processing before shipment.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Brickfigurez is not responsible for delivery delays, missed estimated delivery dates, or carrier-related issues (e.g., lost or late packages).
Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final due to the custom and collectible nature of our products. This means we generally cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@brickfigurez.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Fulfillment & Substitution Policy
We strive to maintain accurate inventory at all times. However, due to high demand or stock discrepancies, there may be rare occasions where an item in your order is unavailable during fulfillment.

In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute the missing item with a similar or equivalent product of equal or greater value.

Substitutions will always reflect the same category, theme, or purpose as the original product (e.g., a minifigure will only be replaced with another relevant minifigure).

If you do not wish to receive substitutions, please leave a note during checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order. Otherwise, by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this substitution policy.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued if a return has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
