Orders
Below are some common questions about orders
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-7 business days after purchase. However, there are occasions where this may take longer, such as:
- If the item is part of a batch production and requires additional time.
- During periods of high order volume.
- Holiday seasons or extended facility closures.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an Order Shipped email containing your tracking link. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to appear in the carrier’s system.
What if I haven’t received any order emails?
Emails are sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder and make sure our domain is whitelisted. If you still don’t see anything, contact us with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
Can I modify or add items to my order?
If your order status is still New and hasn’t entered fulfillment, we might be able to adjust it. Unfortunately, once the status shows Fulfilled or Dispatched, changes cannot be made. Reach out to us right away if you need to modify something.

How long will shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and the method selected at checkout. The shipping time estimate applies only after your order has been marked as “Fulfilled.”

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! Brickfigurez offers worldwide shipping — whether you’re in the United States, Germany, Australia, or anywhere in between, we can ship directly to your door.
We also provide multiple shipping methods at checkout to fit your needs.
Please note that in rare cases, some destinations may be temporarily unserviceable due to carrier restrictions, customs delays, or regional instability. If you’re unsure about shipping to your location, contact our Customer Support Team for help.
What happens once the carrier has my package?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, BrickFigurez is no longer responsible for delivery delays or transit-related issues.
While our carriers work hard to meet delivery targets, external factors such as global events, customs processing, or force majeure may impact transit times.
We recommend monitoring your region for such updates and allowing extra time when necessary.
I think my order is lost in transit.
International tracked packages typically arrive within 10–15 working days after dispatch, while domestic (U.S.) tracked packages usually take 2–8 working days.
If your tracking status seems stuck, please note that parcel tracking isn’t always updated in real time — it only shows when and where your package was last scanned. Lack of updates doesn’t necessarily mean your parcel has stopped moving.
If a shipment shows no movement for 28 consecutive days, we can open an investigation with the carrier. These investigations may take up to 14 additional days to complete.
If a parcel is officially confirmed lost, our Customer Support Team will work closely with you to determine the best resolution.

What if an item I want is out of stock?
We may not always be able to provide a restock date. To be notified when an item becomes available, use the “Back-In-Stock” feature on the product page and include your email.
What does “Pre-Order” mean?
Pre-Order items are typically part of a limited production run. Purchasing guarantees your item will be included in that run, but your order will ship when that batch is ready. Other items in the same order may ship at the same time.
Are Brickfigurez figures compatible with LEGO-style bricks?
Yes. All Brickfigurez figures and accessories are designed to be compatible with standard building brick systems. Please note: Brickfigurez is an independent brand and is not affiliated with any building brick trademark holders.
Returns & Refunds
Below are some common questions about our returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
Due to the custom nature of many items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery if there is an issue.
What items cannot be returned?
Items marked as Final Sale, limited-edition releases, or made-to-order (custom prints) are non-returnable.
Return eligibility requires the item to be in the same condition as received, with packaging intact and no signs of use.
How are refunds processed?
If your return is accepted, you’ll be notified and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
