Please note that shipping protection is added to your order for your safety. Accorax cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs or non-receipt after leaving the distribution center.

Delivery times within the United States typically range from 4-8 business days after your order has been shipped, while international delivery times can take 4-10 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches, and restocks, delivery times may vary.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will ensure to keep you informed via email about the status of your order, and provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. Please note that we use different carriers for domestic and international orders. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking details, You can also enter your order info and directly track your order with our support chat. Does Accorax pay for international duties and taxes?

Some countries may require payment of duties and taxes upon delivery, You can see more info at checkout. while for countries such as Australia, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom & United States, duties and taxes will be paid during checkout.

What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will initiate a refund for the value of the item and contact you within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Please contact support@accorax.com right away if you need to change the shipping address for your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make the change for you. If your order is undeliverable or returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, we will refund your order once it has been received by us. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable. For additional assistance, please reach out to our customer care team.

There is a problem with my shipment. What do I do?

We recommend purchasing shipping protection insurance at checkout to guarantee a full refund in case your shipment is delayed by the carrier. It's important to contact your carrier directly if you need to provide specific instructions for delivery. Note that if your carrier needs to update your address, an extra fee may apply, and Accorax will not cover it. To avoid such charges, you can request the carrier to hold the shipment at a nearby location for you to pick up.

My order never arrived/lost or stolen shipments

To ensure you receive a full refund in case your order is lost or stolen, we recommend purchasing shipping protection insurance during checkout. Please be aware that Accorax cannot be held responsible for any undelivered shipments. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at support@accorax.com and we will initiate a claim on your behalf. Please note that the investigation process may take up to 7-10 business days for domestic shipments and 8-16 business days for international shipments.
